Thanks to everyone who attended the 2019 EMMA User Conference! We had a wonderful group of highly engaged attendees this year from across the country. We appreciate the energy you brought to the event and your input on our product plans is critical as we prioritize the development of new features and new products in the coming year.

We welcomed two new EMMA customers at the conference, including our first SEIU local running the EMMA Member Management system. Welcome to the EMMA family!

Software Engineer Ihab Alazzawi led a workshop on Grievance Management with EMMA, which showed-off some little-used EMMA features while helping attendees figure out how to best automate grievance processing in their local.

Joe Fuld, president of The Campaign Workshop, led a lively discussion of how unions can tell their stories in more compelling ways that better engage members.
